Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment and will be subtracted from your final cost. This deposit may be transferred one time to a different date with a 48 hour notice. It will be sent via my booking link. 

Confirmation
Please confirm your appointment when you receive the confirmation text from GlossGenius. Not confirming does not indicate that you're unable to make it.

Late Arrival
Arriving more than 10 mins late to your appointment will result in an altered service or we may have to reschedule your appointment. Please understand I have other appointments scheduled and cannot run behind.
