Confirmation
Please confirm your appointment when you receive the confirmation text from GlossGenius. Not confirming does not indicate that you're unable to make it.
Late Arrival
Arriving more than 10 mins late to your appointment will result in an altered service or we may have to reschedule your appointment. Please understand I have other appointments scheduled and cannot run behind.
Cancellation
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to change, cancel, or reschedule a service. If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total.
